Origins
From early childhood, I developed a sensitivity to the Great Mysteries. One of my father’s closest friends was a clairvoyant. I still remember the fascination I felt whenever I stepped into her office.
My mother and grandmother often spoke about their dreams in front of me. They would then discuss their meaning and the possible impacts to come. Very early on, I became interested in dreams and understood that messages and warnings can appear right before our eyes, if we are willing to pay attention.
As a teenager, I moved between the 16-volume encyclopedia The Great Mysteries inherited from my father, supernatural TV shows, and the practice of card reading.
As a student, I discovered astrology and began offering Tarot and oracle readings. Not so much to predict the future, but rather to better understand the strengths and limitations of a situation. It allowed me to step back and look at things from a different perspective.
As I entered adulthood, several events, including burnout, opened my eyes to the fact that I was no longer aligned with my path. Since then, I have continually sought balance and inner peace. This quest unfolds in waves, following the seasons and the years, yet it has transformed me deeply and durably.
Akashic Records
In 2019, my colleague Bénédicte told me about the Akashic Records for the first time. Intrigued and deeply drawn to them, I accepted a first session and prepared my questions. I was profoundly moved by the flow of channeled information, by the precision of the messages, and by the intimate feeling of being brought back onto a truer path.
Rather than remaining in the mind or in fascination, I chose to put the guidance I received into practice. Over time, I noticed concrete and profound changes in my life, more clarity, more aligned decisions, a different relationship with my intuition, and a new way of inhabiting my daily life.
This movement is also what led me to create A Via Nova: “On the path of the new star.” For me, this name evokes the idea of a path of transformation, a movement toward a more luminous and truthful direction, like a step toward one’s own inner star.

My path has been woven over several years of inner exploration, training, and transmissions, at the crossroads of energy healing, body awareness, and the spiritual dimension.
I have been guided by different teachers and therapists, each opening essential doors for me in understanding energy, consciousness, and healing mechanisms. These encounters have nourished my practice, while also inviting me to develop my own listening and discernment.
Light Language
Light Language and Light Codes entered my life as an obvious calling, through a channeled transmission received along my journey.
This approach was transmitted to me within a precise framework that honors its origin. I now share it through my own path of integration, my experience as a therapist, and my grounding in the body and the nervous system.
The way I teach and use it in healing sessions emphasizes inner safety, autonomy, and embodiment, rather than the pursuit of vibrational performance.
India, a revelation of light and expansion
India holds a special place on my path. It is a land that deeply reconnected me with the body, its wisdom, and that intelligence of life which reveals itself when we slow down. Through the practice of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, I discovered a path where movement, breathing, and presence become gateways to grounding, clarity, and inner regulation.
As an extension of this exploration, my interest in Ayurvedic medicine naturally deepened. What touches me in this approach is that it goes far beyond the physical body, it considers the person as a whole, their rhythms, their energy, their inner fire, their emotional balance, and the quality of consciousness with which they inhabit their life.
This vision continues to nourish the way I guide others, subtly linking body, energy, and soul, with respect and gentleness

I do not see myself as someone who holds the truth, but as a committed guide walking her own path, offering others what has been lived, integrated, and embodied.
Each session, each training is a unique encounter, where listening, presence, and attunement matter more than fixed protocols.
