✨ Intuition Workshop ✨
Intuition Workshop in Lyon, 4 hours of intuitive exploration
A 4-hour workshop in Lyon, France to explore intuition through the body, energy, and practice.
Light Language, activation of the 12 chakras, guided exercises, a safe and supportive space. Limited places.

This workshop is a guided, gentle, and powerful space to calm the mind, open your senses, and learn to trust yourself.
What you will experience
A complete experience, in two parts.
Part 1: Body and energy
A collective Light Language healing session that acts like a vibrational key, designed to purify the intuitive channel, release imprints from the past, and open the way to inner guidance.
Multidimensional release
During this vibrational healing, Light Language works on several levels of consciousness in order to support the release of:
Collective memories: old fears linked to clairvoyance or mediumship.
Transgenerational memories: invisible loyalties and inherited family emotional patterns.
Karmic memories: vows of silence, spiritual loyalty, ancient wounds.
Limiting beliefs: “I’m not intuitive”, “I could be wrong”, “I don’t feel anything”.
A purification of the channel and a reconnection to heart vision accompany this experience.
Each exploration is supported by the vibration of the Shruti Box and Light Language.
Part 2: Practice and integration
🃏 Archetype reading (Tarot de Marseille): letting the arcana show you the way and welcoming what the symbols come to reveal
🌸 Photo reading: allowing yourself to be guided by inner images and emotions.
🔮 Soul reading in pairs: listening to and expressing your first impressions without analysis.
💫 Connection to a place: feeling its vibration and receiving what it comes to transmit to you.

• Moving out of constant analysis and returning to the body

Do you need a special talent?
No, the workshop is designed to help you rediscover your natural listening skills and give you some simple guidelines.
What if I don't feel anything?
That’s normal at first; the whole point is to relieve the pressure and relearn how to listen to your body. And this is always done with kindness, in a non-judgmental environment.
How do I get there?
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring something to write with, and a bottle of water.
Advanced level, October 31
This will be a more in-depth workshop, designed for those who already have a foundation in listening and have previously participated in an intuition workshop with me. It’s an “advanced level” workshop for people who want to take their precision and confidence to the next level.

2025 Retrospective
2025 in a few heartbeats ✨
April kicked things off with an extraordinary trip to India, a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and above all, precious encounters that profoundly transformed me. While there, I had an unexpected and magical encounter with the Shruti Box, an instrument that became an incredibly inspiring tool for me, allowing me to channel magnificent Codes of Light 🎶🌀
Upon my return, everything fell into place. I took the plunge, created and offered my very first healing cycles—focused on abundance, the body, and love—and led intuition workshops. Your testimonials, your feedback, your powerful messages… have been immense gifts 💛
This year, I also studied Nonviolent Communication to communicate better, listen better, and open even more space to the truth of the heart. A surprise is coming soon on this topic… 👀✨
I was thrilled at the Mantra Joie Festival, met inspiring artists, sang mantras during a workshop, and forged wonderful connections. Then Ireland, Dublin—about 150 km of walking in two weeks—a country of raw beauty, such open-minded people, and a real boost to my English 🍀🌊
Behind the scenes, I continued to enrich avianova.fr with new articles and testimonials, updated the news page, and strengthened my presence on social media—Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok 📲
And the icing on the cake: Sam Garrett in concert in Paris, after 5 years of following him… a dream finally come true!
I’m ending the year on a high note with Sophie, with whom I went through a rite of passage to release what 2025 stirred up and welcome the new energies 🤍
